This was a strategic decision, too, made probably by Obama and Biden together.... further showing us the pure inept nature of this administration. That we have not been nuked or otherwise attacked during the Obama years is a surprising blessing. Had I been an enemy of the USA, I would have picked NOW to wage my war.

How can Biden say that Romney says, just like himeself, that he always says what he means, and then call Romney a liar?
