My boys and I do PX90. It’s not for the timid :o)
Yeah, PX90 is mostly bodyweight circuit training. Good for endurance and getting ripped, but not for getting big and strong.
I’m a fitness trainer — I think that PX90 is great, but I don’t teach it because I have found that it is not something clients stick with. I try to teach routines that my clients will stay with for life.
