All Joe did was fire up their base and piss off everyone else.
Good night for the R/R ticket and good baseball on. I’m happy.

If you want to turn a woman against you laugh at her, roll your eyes at her, undermine her. Snarky Smurf lost a few women’s votes tonight.
Biden is the man you are glad you didn’t marry.
Ryan is the man you hope your daughter marries.
>Its positively surrealistic to see Buttin being hit by friendly fire from the MSM.<
If I were a betting soul, I would bet the MSM sees the scales are a’falling from the public’s eye, in regard to the fact they did their best to ignore the murders and chaos in Libya and the rest of the Middle East. Since then, the Obama administration has continued to lie, and to spin.
The Press know their collective tushies are on the line and they are sick and tired of the Democrat lies and distortions.
You handed your husband the remote? He was not already clutching it possessively and growling at anyone who approached? I congratulate you on your harmonious marriage!

“What do we want?
A CURE FOR TOURETTE’S!
When do we want it?
*@%^$% mother (*&@^^!!”
ROFLMAO!!!!
Oh lord...that is funny.
[now how to steal that *and* work it into a future conversation with an unsuspecting friend?]
;D
John was monitoring the system during tonight’s debate. Still has not specifically ID’d the bottleneck.
Here was his response when I asked what was happening:
“Database is nearly completely idle (0.25 load average) and web servers aren’t very busy. I don’t know why its screwed up. It doesn’t make sense. It must be a network problem.”
I saw myself that the load average was not high and that the cpu’s were mostly idle all night. I asked him if it could be a DOS attack or a configuration problem and he said could be. He’d look into it. Said the system was not overloaded and it would be a shame to buy a new database server and not solve the problem.
I’m in favor of swapping out the system a piece at a time until the bottleneck is found, but that’s just me. Don’t know what John’s going to do.
I am a woman and a conservative but it’s interesting that i was cooking so just listening but my husband said, “What the heck is Biden doing? He is laughing and smiling like a crazy person!” It was then that I looked up and saw what he was doing. Frankly, I couldn’t watch. It was just too ugly. Nothing he said impressed me though. It was class envy, class envy and more class envy. Like a broken record, they have nothing new to say. Bleh!
To me, for most of the debate, neither man seemed to “project” as a strong leader, to take over if the Pres’ is down or out. To me that gives Biden the advantage, since he IS already “in”. Biden was more “forceful”, but it came across as arrogant, to me.
I was SO wanting Ryan to smack down Biden on the Embassy Security issue: Yesterday, in the Congressional hearing, Obama’s own Undersecretary clearly stated that security decisions for Libya were NOT constrained by funding (shutting up a couple of the Dems who’d tried to make hay with that funding issue.)
Further (from the hearing), a General Hamm, I believe, offered the Embassy Security officer essentially anything they needed for security, and that assistance was (is) totally independent of State Dept. funding. State turned it down.
I so wanted to have Ryan say to Biden “If our ‘intelligence’ was still telling the Administration that the killings were due to a video, several days after everyone knew what had really happened, then what in God’s name has this administration done to our intelligence agencies?
I could go on, but most here likely had similar thoughts in many areas.
In their closing remarks, however, Ryan clearly made a better presentation than Biden, so hopefully the last impression will be the one people remember. :-)
I highly doubt they’re “sick of the lies” since they repeat and promote them so well.
I’d bet they’re more concerned with their future paychecks...should they manage to have any.
The Press may be feeling a bit pressured, right now.
[insert ‘pop like a grape’ joke here]
hahahahaha! He only growls when Nascar or Sci-Fi is on. I think he likes me a little bit, too. :)
LOL, okay that works.
“If you want to turn a woman against you laugh at her, roll your eyes at her, undermine her.”
True, all true just ask my ex-husband!
Well.
That was rather damning.
[and damnable]
Good for the GOP.
[and thank God for the “instantaneous rebuttal” gift of the internet]
Yep. And that faux familiarity as if he is influential....."Yeah, me and Bibi--we go way back. He lets me call him "Beebs" you know"
