If I was Subway, I'd cruise their web sites for fast food sites in the islamic world, and get good translations of the text. Then I'd run a side-by-side ad of "Our advertising, and our competitor's advertising". Then include their original ad, and the translation.
Aside from giving away free jihadi advertising on Subway's own dime, they can also see how long it takes the head-hackers complain about telling the truth. My guess: they'd copyright in the US every bit of their own advertising they could, and then threaten to sue Subway for copyright violation by infidels, as opposed to "hate speech" or false advertising.
