I guess when I vote for Scott Brown I will be offsetting her vote.
I do have some empathy for not wanting my son’s death to become a part of any campaign. I am speaking simply as a parent.
As the parent of a daughter who was killed in a tragic automobile accident, it would appear that I look at the situation from a different perspective.
The morning after the funeral I went outside. Everyone was going to work and school and getting on with their day and life. No one around me seemed to care that someone I considered to be one of the most important people in the world was gone and would no longer be part of anyone’s life except in their memory.
If I were in this mother’s shoes, I would want his story shouted from the rooftops and I would be on every TV stations and in Obama and Hillary’s face 24/7.
Hell hath no fury like mine whose child was needlessly taken from her.
