One degree of separation. Verifiable- brought to his attention by family members.
Small wonder the military is 3/4 supportive of Romney at this juncture. They crave a CINC who loves America, and respects their contribution.

As you say - it is verifiable. I do not doubt the veracity of this story. It is just such an extraordinary series of co-incidences ... it almost seems to have a meaning - to be a sign. But maybe I am a bit superstitious.
No I would take it as face value; it’s too easily refuted. No need at this juncture to make anything up. The military is already anti-obama.
God is lighting a path. We know how this age ends but we will have one last shining period of unknown duration..darkness is coming and many will lay down their lives, and in doing so find Life.

Mitt rarely talks about these kind of things and he has done a LOT for people over the years. I’m surprised he even mentioned it.
Romney should mention this interesting tidbit in some honorable context.
