Judge John Cleland said Sandusky, 68, will face no less than 30 years and no more than 60 years in prison -- meaning he is not eligible for parole for 30 years.

I've never heard of such a arbitrary sentence 30-60 Years?

So is it 31 years, 40 years, 52 years, 60 years?
