Kerry is getting tough because he’s been thrown under the bus by Obama for the poor debate performance. The result being NO chance of Kerry EVER being SOS. So, may as well see if he can draw blood before election day.

Is it posible that Kerry has a shred of purpose? Or is it likely that this is just his schtick?
At any rate, I find myself in the awkward position of sympathising with Kerry here, although I think this is just theatrics on his part.
Gotta keep up the persona dont ya know.

Did Kerry ever realease his military records??
I didn’t think so.
To even think that this war criminal who executed a teen aged wounded enemy and got 3 band aid wounds to get out of Viet nam, the man who secretly met with North Viet nam in Paris which was a treasonous act is in the running for Secretary of State, is enough to make a buzzard puke.

Having Thomas Pickering as the investigator is desirable because he has many years experience, is not politically affiliated and worked for both dems and gop.
The GOP shouldn't play politics with this but they will.

The two most discussed candidates to be America's next top diplomat now find themselves on opposite sides of the Libya issue, with U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice in the role of defending the administration's narrative and Sen. John Kerry(D-MA) promising tough congressional oversight while giving the State Department room to conduct its own investigation. Two most discussed candidates? For what, big toilet mints monitor? Are you kidding me? Her Heinous hasn't done enough damage that they want to compound it with the incompetent likes of Susan Clueless Rice and Jean Francois Kerry?

Anyone with any common sense at all would have realized that Libya )a country that has supported and hosted terrorists groups for years= was unstable and unsafe. Of all the embassies and consulates in the post Sept 11 world this was the weakest. For the state department to turn down the request from the embassy for more security was not just an act of incompetence but a criminal act. Fire Hillery Clinton and anyone else involved in this debacle.

Has there ever been a time when this country was run by this many elected and appointed crooks?
Maybe crooks isn’t the right word—maybe the word I’m looking for is treasonists.............
