I assume he was talking about the early voting that will soon take place. FACT is that 181 milllion is a lot of moola to buy thousands of votes. That my friend is a bit scary if it turns out that few thousand or hundred votes is the difference between a win or a loss.

Just so you know my FRiend, my question was a serious one. I really believe this theory about that 181mil may be being used to buy votes and think someone ought to try to start connecting the dots.
