The reason is because 0bama has NOT been running the economy or White House. He has his czars to take care of that for him.
0bama’s been too busy campaigning, playing golf, having date nights with Michelle (and others, I guess), and working on photo ops.

That's certainly is a "Risky Scheme" because it is NOT found anywhere in the study of Macro-Economics.
