I went to a local supermarket after church today, and the parking lot was as full as on Christmas Eve or the morning of the Super Bowl. Baltimoreans are in a party mood for the Os and the Ravens!!!!
JMHO, her reaction this week doesn't have as much to do with Progressives, Conservatism or Christianity as with her very own finely-honed sense of self-preservation.
Put yourself in her shoes: "Been carrying this load of crap with no questions at all for eight or ten years, and the first time The Apparat hits a bump in the road, they run out and trash For-Pete's-Sake Jim LEHRER, and then John Freaking KERRY."
Okay, I'm putting words in her mouth, but if I'm any good at reading that bunch of slugs at all, Kirsten's just doing a pretty good impression of the lookouts who spotted the iceberg ahead of the Titanic....only all the lifeboats on this cruiseship are already reserved, and she's just realized that her name ain't on that list. Anywhere.
A girl's gotta take care of herself, so she's probably going to be sounding more conservative than Palin by the end of the month, just to keep ahead of the rest of the media types who are a bit slower on the uptake.
It's almost a ROFLMAO moment.
Dude, you speak not only from your heart but mine, too!
I’ve had almost the same conversations in my mind while on the road.
In my case, though, being in Alabama, all the Obama stickers are on black people’s cars. Sadly, the racial divide is the worst it’s been here in almost 50 years.
Oh, and black unemployemnt here is at 15%. But what the hell, they got cell phones.
Thanks Devolve. Precisely the context I was envisioning.
I hope we can “smear” the little twerp with it.
(Try to imagine where O’s left hand is...)
HOW ‘BOUT THEM O’S!!!!!!
It is somewhat dismaying that fifteen or so years after the fall of the Iron curtain most Americans have totally forgotten that there were people risking their lives to escape Communist hell.
&&&&&
During the years of the USSR, the American media was as soft toward Communism as they are today about Obamaism. So, most Americans have no idea what the Soviet Union and the Eastern Bloc people actually lived through.
Smart@$$! I had you well described last week!

Right. As we reflect, the media has been on the side of communists for a long time. Loved Castro fighting the evil Batista in Cuba, loved Daniel Ortega and the Sandanistas standing up to the evil Reagan-backed Contras. Loved Che, Mao and all the other sweatshirt silk screened mass killers.
The younger generations have no idea what communism is or does. All they hear is media saying it gives folks a chance, cares for the poor and underprivileged, is “cool”...
It’s best to stay away from the hellivision, i keep myself informed by reading posts here on FR.
If Romney wins I think the media will double down and go ugly on him. Worse than Bush.
It’s like killing a venomous snake. They’ll die still in the act of trying to bite us.
Kelly Ayotte just another dumb pubbie who can’t refute Martin O’Malley of Md. who keeps saying it was all Bush’s fault. “He squandered our economy and left us in huge debt,” and our side just sits there and frowns offering no rebuke. This is so insulting to the rest of us.
LOL!! Pretty good!!
Well.....I try.
The campaign scam is about to hit the fan.

Here’s a post from that thread:

so 709,520 people donated $250 each to Zero in September.
Actually, it’s even more people than that. They reported 1.8 million donors.
35k people gave an average of $2,600, while just over 1.7 million people gave an average of $53. Half the campaign’s haul came from people giving around the maximum amount and half from people who don’t have to be disclosed.
Contributions under $200 don’t have to be disclosed, but the campaign still has to keep track of the donor’s name, in case subsequent donations push their contribution over the reporting threshold.
For contributions under $50, however, the campaign doesn’t even have to keep track of the donor’s name. It is effectively considered a “petty cash” donation. A person could theoretically make 10 $49 donations and never be reported, even though their total contributions are above the FEC’s reporting threshold.
With an average donation of $53 from small donors, Obama has A LOT of donors who will never be disclosed and whose names aren’t even known to the campaign.
Most of that info from here: Windfall: Obama Raises $181 Million, Only Around 2% of Donations Reportable.
But, one thing to keep in mind: The Obama campaign has turned off name and address verification. You can put any name or address you want on the online form. As long as it is a valid credit card number, it will go through.
This opens the door for several forms of election fraud:
You can make multiple donations, with different names.
You can make multiple donations with a pre-loaded debit card, after buying them at Wal-Mart or any grocery store with another credit card or cash.
You can make donations from a foreign account.
I suspect that some of these issues are what will be hitting the news in the next 24 hours. The question is whether the Kneepad Media will cover it. If not, Ryan and Romney should figure out a way to insert it into the debate. That will get it past the Kneepad Media’s filter.

Sounds just like the millions of $25 prepaid gift debit card contributions bought by Soros and the Saudis in
She seemed personally invested to a degree I had not seen before. And she strongly made the connection between the video and what happened in Libya and elsewhere in the ME. She also warmly introduced Obama--her partner in crime. I have no doubt that Hillary and Obama concocted the video explanation story. And now they are both hiding behind the investigation meme to tamp down the reaction to the story in much the same way that Obama used the investigation into the Ft Hood shooting. The public has a very short attention span as does the MSM except when it comes to attacks against Reps, e.g., the 47% Romney tape.
I have no doubt that Hillary has future political ambitions to be President. She will make any deal and do anything to keep her ambitions alive--unlike the lives of the Ambassador and his colleagues. Hillary is involved in the Libya cover-up up to her eyeballs.
Re Fast and Furious: It wouldn't surprise me that Hillary had some involvement in the scandal, at least in the cover-up. I can remember her exploitation of the issue of US guns going to Mexico to fuel the violence long before we knew of the existence of Fast and Furious. She was trying to exploit the violence in Mexico to support more gun laws in the US restricting their sale.
This just in: Bombshell: Obama State Dept. Withdrew 16 Member Security Team From Libya Before Attack
I know its a bit of a stretch to think that bubba did the convention to keep Hillary from being a fall guy, thrown under the obama bus, but I guess stranger things have happened.
Neither the Chicago mobsters nor the Clinton mob have any regard for life. They are both so narcissistic it never occurs to them.
Looks like its all going happen right before our eyes and soon.
