Look, Obama was either stoned on grass, or worse...or has become mentally unbalanced. As a drug case arbitrator for a large industrial, unionized company, years ago...... where union officals and I sent many an employee, both men and women into drug rehab programs, I know a druggie when I see one!!! Obama should be removed from office immediately by his own Democrat party. The man is unfit for service of any kind. Obama needs professional treatment in the rehab tank, and is not now connected with reality. period!!!

I agree with you but he has always been this way. Somebody off stage is keeping him plugged in and either they took him off or they changed his prescriptions. I personally think that he is hooked on his teleprompter as well, telling him what to say, and in reality he is naked without somebody else telling him what to say.

I’m reminded of the time when Obama was making an appearance within this past year and his teleprompter malfunctioned.
He stood there like a statue until someone got it going again.

I think someone from the audience yelled out “AWKWARD”!!
