I know. I liked last winter. We had some snow, but not too much, and it was rarely colder than the 20’s. I believe it was the winter previously that we had four feet of snow on the ground for months. That was a tough winter, with temps in the single digits quite often, although not as bad as the winter we stepped out on our deck to find it -22 degrees. On my way to work, there were cars broken down everywhere.
While I think winter is beautiful, I can’t afford a fall. And my bones ache. This old house has little insulation so it’s cold. I love the house. It’s a 1920 center hall colonial. But it needs vinyl siding and insulation.
