I found it impossible to make sense of what BO was trying to say. Oftentimes he sounded like a tired, mediocre college student who’d pulled an all-nighter trying to write a paper he needed to hand in the next morning (he’d been goofing off all semester) and was trying to cram everything but the kitchen sink into the concluding paragraph. Pathetic.
