AND Romney needs to stop addressing his responses to Obama,

I disagree. This is a Presidential Debate, and that is exactly what one does during a debate. Look the other person in the eyes, and address them.

It is rude to respond to someone and not look at them. Note that Romney listens to Obama and keeps his eyes on him while Obama talks.

What does Obama do? Well... he's doodling on a piece of paper, eyes down. He's PRETENDING to be taking notes.

Another poster said the same thing to me as you, and I thought about it, and think you’re both absolutely RIGHT!
I love that about myself!
It was the fact that Obama didn’t do the same thing, look Romney in the eye, that for awhile seemed to make Romney look almost desperate, due to not getting a like response, that starting getting me really miffed. But Romney did the right thing!
And at this moment, everyone is talking about it.
