I guess $127 billion spent rebuilding a city of 300,000 isn’t considered “caring”? Well obviously not the kind of 'caring' Obama has for 'solar projects'. No Obama is about bringing on retribution to the whites that he despises. Who has benefited from Obama's wealth transfer... I am beginning to think our wealth got spent funding that Arab spring.
