It is awesome, and it would make an awesome ad.

But, I've given up holding my breath waiting for Romney ads here in battleground Ohio.

There'll be 5 reports from the lamestream and 6 Obama ads, all synched and explaining what Biden really meant and that it's all Bush's fault long before the Romney team gets off their duffs and does anything about it.
