Glue & hot red pepper will do wonders for vandals. It worked at the cemetery where jerks were stealing flowers off the graves.

Coat the sign with Da Bomb salsa, which is practically essence of capsaicin, the active ingredient in hot sauce. You can get it at salsa dealers such as Alien Fresh Jerky.
