Isn’t it sad how reliable the “race not mentioned = black” thing has become? Gotta be better than 90%.
If a perp is white it is necessary to make that fact known. I am sure it is all explicitly laid out in the stylebooks. Of course, and they don’t seem to understand it at all, by doing that they effectively identify all the ones of unmentioned provenance as black, even to liberals.
