You have bought into IRS double-speak.
Nonsense. You asked what statute establishes your liability for federal income taxes, and I gave it to you. You asked what statute requires filing returns, and I gave it to you. You are now waving your hands and trying to say "income" means something different. If that's what you want to debate the IRS about, go ahead, just don't pretend that there are no laws establishing federal income taxes or requiring tax returns to be filed.

The liability and filing requirements apply to corporations. I did not ask which statutes exist. I asked which statutes apply to “me” personally.
