Foxconn makes a lot of components for kindles as well, that may slow down release of the New kindle fire HD 4G LTE.

I wonder how many millions of Iphones have been spiked, tampered with or had some component compromised.
And that is just another reason why I won’t brand myself with the yellow hot Apple branding iron and complacently follows the rest of the herd.
I like my Samsung Galaxy S.

Those ChiCom peasants need to just shut up and work. People need their new IPhones.
Our economy is counting on it.

Apple is an iconic brand-name among the liberal set so you are likely not to see too much hay made of this in mainstream media.
Just imagine however if Apple was your typical big corporation that liberals love to hate. Why this would be a huge front page story and it would be tied somehow to the Romney campaign - you know, big bad capitalists doing their thing.

Sure, send 'em to Vietnam. It seems they are rapidly normalizing relations with us, are industrious and less antagonistic than the chicomms.

They were fighting to get the Lebron James $300 basketball shoes. Must’ve been on sale for $200.

I never really thought of it like that but I’ll go along and say yes an Iphone user in a majority sense does appear to be mostly of the liberal crowd.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of Apple products too (as is Rush Limbaugh for example) so I'm not saying it's purely a liberal/conservative thing. However liberals do have a blind spot when it comes to Apple, allowing them to get away with things that they would criticize other companies for doing.
Aside from FoxConn, it also appears that Apple is taking advantage of their low-wage employees at the Apple stores in the United States. The average fulltime Apple Store employee pulls in around a half million per year in revenue for the company but are paid peanuts - not much better than your average Wal-Mart store.
But liberals love Apple and hate Wal-Mart. Probably because Apple makes lots of shiny toys and their co-founder Steve Jobs was such a typical liberal - to wit, a condescending, self-important jerk to most people he dealt with.

Dark satanic mills in the Workers’ Paradise? Someone alert Michael Moore.
“The Workers’ Paradise” was my Polish dad’s favorite phrase to describe his formerly commie homeland. It kills me that we’re graduating commie-sympathizing kids from our own schoolag archipelago.

The answer is ZERO , their QC checks would isolate the worker pretty fast , they would be out of a job and that means their family back in the hinterlands would begin starving (again).

I’m impressed that a Taiwanese company is using a factory in mainland China.

Foxconn this foxconn that...I guess the media isn’t going to be satisfied until they are out of business...what is it that they hate, is it the ‘fox’ in their name or that they actually created jobs for people....
