I am a political junkie and long time reader of Free Republic. Up until the assault and murders at the Consulate in Benghazi I had not heard of the trailer of the film that supposedly caused all these problems. The first time I heard was from Press Secretary Jay Carney.

After that statement by Jay Carney, each and every riot in the Middle East was about that movie trailer. What has really happened is Obama’s foreign policy is a disaster and they tried to blame the film for the problems until the President of Libya said it was a deliberate and planned attack by a militia and not a protest.

The act of this administration blaming their ineptness on that film has brought attention to the film and as a result more violent riots and death in the Middle East.

And it brings to question how the administration found this obscure, 5 month old film that they used to cover for their incompetence in the first place.
