Big Money question.
ALL ITEMS inside the boundaries of a Federal installation are considered property of the U.S. Government.
This covers Embassies, Consulates, Mil bases, etc. Anything with a designation of U.S. Federal property.
Hell, even the ink pens are covered by this if the PIC (prick in charge) wants to get testy about it.
Agreed on the federal property thing, but that is too minor and only dings CNN. I want to know... is the consulate considered a crime scene in an active investigation or not? If so, why has the DOJ not opened an investigation into CNN for interfering with an investigation and tampering with evidence? If not, why is the FBI involved at all, and why have the State employees been instructed not to talk with the intelligence committee? Can’t have it both ways... either it is an active investigation or it isn’t. Someone needs to be in cuffs... a few CNN folks, a few State folks, some DoJ hacks or all of the above.
