I HATE articles where you have to click multiple times to get the info, and it all lands in your browser history. Especially in a business publication, which should value user efficiency.

I see a lot of defense contractors that were familiar names in Iraq.
AECOM itself is just a poorly managed menagerie that buys up smaller companies, scoops up defense contracts, and then tries to figure out how to service the contracts after the fact. I guess that Halliburton/KBR also cut their losses in the O&M field.
