Do we know when he was released once he was in Libya? Was it straight away, or after Gaddafi was toppled?

Wonder how this will effect Obama's plans to release the blind Sheik to Egypt? Releasing any of these a-holes from Gitmo, or any other prison was a bad idea under Bush, and it's still a bad idea now. If Obama goes ahead with this release, he should be arrested for endangering the lives of all Americans here and abroad.
