YES YES YES !!!! I was thinking exactly the same thing. This is a MAJOR missed opportunity if Romney doesn't do that. What makes it a win-win for Romney is that it's a lose-lose for Obama. If Romney demands this now, and THEN Obama makes a statement like this, it looks like he caved to Romney, if he doesn't it looks much worse.
But if Romney waits, and Obama goes ahead and states this, the opportunity is lost.
