It would seem that recording was illegal and if so the person who made the recording should be prosecuted.
And just who is going to do that?

I would not hold my breath.
I’m happy this was released, but we should still chase a prosecution. Throwing Jimmah’s grandson in jail would be sweet.
It doesn’t matter now since Romney called for the taping to be released in its entirety, and it has. :(
