The thing about the set of leaked videos from a Romney fundraiser that nobody is talking about is this part: The video was taken at a $50,000 per plate fundraiser in Florida. You may not have noticed, but despite the blur there are a lot of plates in front of a lot of people.
This is what people are still not grasping about Romney: He's about to open up the money floodgates in a way that Obama can't match.
Romney was wildly successful during the primaries — not as a result of his charm and personality — but because he had a massive pile of money.
He still has a massive pile of money in his campaign coffers, and by all margins he's continuing to raise large amounts of money, as we've found through a look into the Center for Responsive Politics' database.

That assumes the MSM will run with whatever comes up. It better be earth shattering or the media will conviently igonore it.
No amount of money can over come Obama’s free advertisements on the top of the hour news, the nightly news, pbs, the papers..
I could go on.
Obama does not need as much money as Romney. Obama gets much of his advertising for free.
Same strategy as many runners in the longer races in the recent Olympics. It takes confidence in your abilities to let a few of the other runners in the race get ahead. You stay within striking distance for the final turn/stretch burst and then go all out. This strategy makes all the sense in the world when it is understood how the American public has an attention span of seconds and much of the money spent early is wasted.

I usually say hummingbird but gnat will do just as nicely, though I like to picture hummingbirds flitting about my yard than gnats on my skin.
Unfortunately, the money goes to the enemedia. For every page of print advertising Romney buys, the newspapers will be able to run two pages of editorial copy designed to negate the ads. For every minute of TV or radio advertising Romney buys, the TV and radio stations will be able to afford to run 3 minutes of editorial and slanted news against him.
If he does that in this election, he will have blown it. People start voting in the next few weeks. A significant number of ballots will have already been cast before he uncorks this "surprise."
No, but please vote anyway. We can't stand 4 more years of aggression by the obama people which will turn into oppression, subjection and a lot of other things that at my age I just don't want to go through.
Unless the rumors also state that the "something big" is a violation of the law for which capital punishment could be applied, it aint' really big enough to be called "big." Even rumors of a picture of Barry in bed with the proverbial 'live boy or dead girl' isn't "big" enough to swing the typical DemonicRat vote, or significant numbers of undecided (flatlined) voters.
Romney just needs to use Obama’s own words and promises against him.
Early voting starts in a lot of states at the end of this month. Ohio and VA just to mention a couple. October may be too late. I have been working with a get out the vote operation in VA. The person directing it mentioned that in 2008, McCain got more votes on election day than Obama. In states like FL, one third of the votes cast are before election day. Maybe that is why Obama is releasing this stuff now.
