I don’t know about Obama wanting this deal because he is a politically shrewd master of machinations, but Eric Holder would give up the Blind Sheik or even his mother is they were such problems as the Sheik is.
Remember, Holder, at Clinton’s bidding, helped obtain pardons for American Weathermen marxist terrorists and 16 Puerto Rican marxist terrorists of the FALN.
Given the recidivism rate of GITMO detainees (i.e. POWs), you could bet your bippy that the Blind Sheik would be out in the streets of the “Umma” 5 minutes after he landed in Egypt.

Be a Muslim but NOT an Islamist (political Islam, sharia law advocate) and you can stay at home like the rest of us.

This guy is far worse than the Libyan Pan Am bomber that was released from jail in Scotland. Unlike the Libyan who claimed to have terminal cancer with a few weeks to live, there is no humanitarian justification for releasing the Blind Sheik.
If he is released, it pretty much confirms that Obama is collaborating with the Muslim Brotherhood against the America.
There may even be a conflict of interest because Eric Holder's law firm is the major players who are acting as the Lawyers for the release of the terrorist prisoners in Guantanamo Bay . At least 20 of the Justice Department appointees who followed Holder from his law firm to the DOJ to take high level positions in the DOJ were Gitmo Terrorist Lawyers. It is probable that they are also representing the Sheik as well.
