uslims shouldnt be burning the Holy Bible. If another muslim wanted to push it he could be put to death for blasphemy. muslims calim that Jesus (issa) and Abraham (ibraheem) are prophets of allah, therefore their words should carry the same weight at mohammeds word. But of course we know that is not the case. The problem with your position is that many of us don't want a book - paper and cardboard - turned into an idol. The word of God is sacred. The earthly book that carries that word is NOT....

You misunderstand my position. My point was that within islam the Bible ought to be held as sacred as the koran by muslilms because it carries the word of other prophets of allah. Personally I don’t idolize the Bible but the hypocrisy of muslims on the issue of burning sacred books sure gets my goat.
