Obama must be protected at all costs, so they need someone pretty high up to take the fall, IMO. It should be Hillary, but I don't think Obama has the guts to do it.

Especially with all the fake support Bill has been giving him. Bill has egg on his face now and looks like a total fool for supporting BO and bragging on Hillary.
