What are the freaking legal grounds for this?
Every deputy that participated in this who did NOT seek legal counsel to get cover or write a “Memorandum for the Record” expressing the unconstitutionality of this should at a minimum end up with a reprimand in their personnel file if not dismissed from the force. I am sick of LEOs ignoring our constitutional rights and their constitutional responsibilities as citizens! There I used the "c" word LEOs your are citizens first before you are LEOs!
