......he is, in Vietor’s words, “among the most sophisticated consumers of intelligence on the planet.”

Which statement confirms for me, yet again, that this president is dangerously ignorant, whatever his personal intelligence might be.

The PDB is just that, a brief summary.

WHOAAA!! The author of this editorial is PISSED at Obama's hubris, and SLAMS him for it. THIS article needs to be widely disseminated--it is well-written and devastating to Obama!

WTG Mr. Thiessen! (And--it's in Compost!)

"It is apparently a point of pride in the White House that Obama’s PDB is “not briefed to him.” In the eyes of this administration, it is a virtue that the president does not meet every day with senior intelligence officials. This president, you see, does not need briefers. He can forgo his daily intelligence meeting because he is, in Vietor’s words, “among the most sophisticated consumers of intelligence on the planet.”

So sophisticated and brilliant that 4 Americans are now dead...

The Obamadork does not like to be in the presence of intellectual superiors.

Which is why he spends so much time line.

He’s a vapid dork.

An inept vapid dork.

A Muslim inept vapid dork. (Which explains the inept vapid dork part.)

Period.

A more relevant inquiry would involve Valerie Jarrett's attendance .

Of course, this is an aspect to the story that must not be mentioned by the media.

Not saying that Obama being at meetings would have made any difference. It's the blatant double-standard being applied here. If a Republican were president this information would be the lead headline on the Yahoo entry page, the pundits on TV would be demanding answers, mainstream newspapers would be calling for his resignation, and the local chapter of Code Pink and others would be planning protests.

It's so blatant and yet so many people choose not to see it, because you'd have to be a total moron to not recognize this double-standard.

Obama is an ideologue, he doesn’t care about the fact because all they would do is interfere with his ideology. He’s going to do what he wants to do, regardless of the facts, so why bother with getting facts?

Maybe if we all join hands and chant “Obamaaaaaa...” the dead will come back to life.

There is nothing as ignorant as a Democrat voter...or as dangerous.

Fertile ground for a campaign commercial, if Romney has the guts.

I'm picturing stock footage of Obama at fundraisers and on the golf course, interspersed with pictures of an empty chair at various meetings - intelligence, job council, etc.

Finish it off with video of bedside table at the WH - clock on the table reads 3 AM, phone with presidential seal ringing, and ringing, and ringing...

Sit and listen to a briefing? It’s above his pay grade.
