Thanks for the info, but I don't have the baseline for MO to which I can compare it. In a quick spot check, I can see they oversampled whites and undersampled blacks by about 4 points:

What would help is to get the internals of the Rasmussen poll just taken and compare them -- but unless you are a Rasmussen subscriber, you don't get access to those.

Perhaps someone here that subscribes to Rasmussen will post them.

Blacks are probably undersampled because they are least likely to vote -- once.

Those are population numbers not participation numbers.
