If it is a big sloppy kiss to Bill, no one will buy the book. A tell-all book will sell and most of the copies will be bought by conservatives. So I guess the choice is between selling books and making some real money or a "sloppy kiss to Bill" that will get her a small advance.
Maybe Monica is not happy about the resurrection of the Clintons while she becomes just a punchline in a joke.
