The saddest part of this is the fact that Kadaffi wouldn’t have allowed this to happen despite being a piece of crap.

At least he was a fearful piece of crap who was more afraid of us than his own people.

And some officials of Libya’s current practically non-existent government were saying the attack was carried out by former members of Muammar Gaddafi’s former regime. Bullshit—it clearly was an al-Qaeda (likely under Muslim Brotherhood sponsorship/protection) operation.

If I’m not mistaken, Gaddafi (taking advantage of the many spellings) was receiving approximately $8 billion to help control emigration to Italy.

I don’t get why he was dethroned given the apparent cooperation with the West.
