why did they wait more than 2 months, until 9/11 to launch coordinated riots and murders against America/Americans?They were waiting on Hillary to deliver the RPG's and Guy Fawkes masks.

They had those RPG’s stockpiled after Mubarak was toppled from power. Same thing in Libya. Those are NATO RPG’s.
