Are companies required to hire every single black applicant who ever applies for a job? Is that what these lawyers are saying?

I’m sure they have their own personal reasons but you can’t be truthful about it, lest you be called a racist. The behavioral stereotype that emerges comes from years of experience but can’t be taken into consideration due to the fairness doctrine even though from a time, cost, and efficiency standpoint it is the profitable to hire a better candidate or the job. It’s fairness vs reality. There are exceptions to the rule in every case though.
