Anything the Brotherhood does is BAD!
Hence anything "cooperation" with them is BAD!

Seems like a great way to get to know the military in charge in Egypt, their capabilities and perhaps infiltrate them a bit. Now if the exercises were with Russia and Egypt I might have some concern.
