It is almost as if the Democrat party is mirroring the former Soviet Union in its embrace of antisemitism in its twilight years. That's an interesting double entendre. If by the the phrase "in its twilight years," you are referring to the 'Rat Party, I hope you are clairvoyant. On the other hand, if you are referring to the former Soviet Union, antisemitism there was pretty much the pattern, though not officially, from its inception c. 1917 to its end c. 1991, i.e., not only during its final years.
GOOD POINT: however, it was more blatant in the final years of the Soviet Union than at its beginning. Lenin may have condemned antisemitism, but he also had rabbis murdered. Stalin played a double game, too. He may have condemned antisemitism in the 1930s or so, but he was pushing the "Doctor's Plot" in his last years where the Jews of the Soviet Union were to be deported to East Russia and Siberia where about one half or more would have died. The "Doctors Plot" was only foiled because of Stalin's death.
The antisemitism of the Democrat party is indictive of its crackup, but they may take the near six million Jews of Israel along with them, too :(
