Sounded to me like the nays had it. Also I read, READ it was passed by a two thirds vote. Of whom the loudest yeller yellers?
The funny thing is that to me the 2nd vote sounded slightly more in favor of the “ayes”. They should have stopped the charade there since in the 3rd vote the “nays” roared back to at least pull even or even go into the lead.
