I thought Obama could stop the rise of the Oceans and heal the planet, and he cannot stop a simple thunderstorm?

Right. And this time in Denver there are constant afternoon thunderstorm threats but that didn’t stop him from his Greek column show at an open stadium...

Not mine but it was too good!

Democrat party drops 'God' from platform...

Outdoor stadium event cancelled because of threat of lightnig.

Is there a connection?

The Klu Klux Klan threatened some nuns in Beaumont, Texas since they were building a school for African Americans. I am unsure of the time frame -- but 1950's or before.

The nuns of the order PRAYED for protection (all of the nuns, including the head Mother Katherine Drexel in Philadelphia).

The next thing you know, the national headquarters of the Klu Klux Klan was burned to the ground because it was hit by a bolt of lightning.

Coincidence in lightning threat and dropping 'God' from the platform? 'God' would know the answer. Just ask Him...

Our local weather dude (who really knows his stuff) is flummoxed by this decision.

His latest tweet: “It’s a simple question...if you have a Panthers gmae, concert or soccer match with a 20% chance of storms would you cancel 24 hours prior?”

http://www.weather.com/weather/hourbyhour/graph/Charlotte+NC+USNC0121:1:US?pagenum=2&nextbeginIndex=6 40% chance of “scattered thunderstorms”. Being unable to fill this stadium and moving to a much smaller indoor venue is quite a contrast from their claimed attendance of 84,000 four years ago.

Brad Blakeman, a Bush guy, says on FoxNews that his Dem friends (who want to remain anonymous) are admitting they could NOT fill the stadium, even with free tickets and transportation. Thus, rather than have a media disaster with a half-empty stadium, they are biting the bullet and moving to the smaller venue.

lol

Alan Colmes invokes Pat Robertson, says the rain is G_D’s fault. LOLOLOLOLOL

September in NC there is always a chance for thunderstorms.

We don't stop the presses over it.

I admit to being something of a cynic but were I a “D” supporter on ANY level, I would be kind of worried that the entire hierarchy of the “D”/”LIB” echelon will be ensconced in one building and HILLARY is ‘half a world’ away from the fallout.
As a bonus she even has her nemesis ‘willyj’ in the building and if her personal asst is traveling with her and same asst’s favorite weiner is there also, we have the makings for a ‘Perfect Storm’..

2012 is swiftly running out and we all know the ‘threat’ of worlds end as we know it today.

Just a thought, like ‘THEY’ say, “Never let a situation pass”.

As previously thought by some, “HILLARY just may save the world”......

What would be delicious would be for Romney/Ryan to schedule a speech in Bank of America Stadium and have it sell out.
