CHARLOTTE – Democratic National Committee chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz claimed on Monday that Israel’s ambassador to the United States has accused Republicans of being “dangerous” to Israel by criticizing President Obama’s record. The Florida congresswoman made the charge at a training session for Jewish Democrats held by the Obama campaign here at the Democratic National Convention, aimed at teaching Jewish Democrats how to convince their fellow Jews to vote for Obama. Much of the session, which featured a string of speakers from the Obama campaign, was devoted to defending Obama’s record on Israel.

If you watch Wasserman-Schultz in interviews she tends to make things up as she goes. And if she embraces Obama’s ideology she has written Israel off as a nation and a culture.

Right, Michael Oren, who has not only refused to meet with J Street (you know that Debbie) but described them as out of the mainstream, a uniqued problem, has suddenly had an epiphany and realized the GOP is the problem. Unlikely, but the fact of the matter, former US citizen or not, our elections are none of the Ambassador's business. Which I suspect he understands, he's a capable diplomat. I think Debbie is lying.

There's pretty much nothing to add to these very accurate observations. I would LOVE it if the Israeli embassy issues a press release DENYING any such statement - to show Demonrat Wasserman-Shultz for the liar that she is.
I'm not, however, going to hold my breath for any reasonable analysis of the obvious falsehood of such a statement by the LS media.
I don’t for a minute believe her but if it was true the US should demand that Israel recall this guy immediately. This is a major diplomatice misstep ( again I don’t believe it).

Sounds to me like the RATS are losing it. DWS is useful as a window into the RATS at there most deranged. If they have something really outrageous to say they send DWS out to say it.
