Why, then, is there no Black leader saying "Do not allow yourself to be subjugated by the party of the Klan and Jim Crow! Refuse the welfare check! Get a job! Support yourself! Marry your Baby Mama! Say NO to the New Massa!"? There are. And they are written off as Uncle Toms.
