The great preponderance of the black community will celebrate an end to government oppression by stipend. I am basing that understanding on the work of churches and business people to rid their community of these terrible government induced racist forces.

Please describe these forces/people? Government induced? what do you mean by that? The programs setup by LBJ and the left are operating exactly as they were designed: To destroy the black family and get them to vote overwhelmingly for the Democrat party.

I'm reminded of a scene in 1984 where everyone was required to attend periodic "hate sessions" where they were shown propaganda videos of the regime's enemies and the proles were encouraged to vent their hatred. In this way the regime actually built hatred in its population, but by directing it at an enemy they were able to keep it directed away from themselves.

It's not just the programs, it's the deliberate teaching and building of hatred for those who would do away with them. The fact that the programs themselves are harmful is neatly avoided just as the abuses of Oceania upon its people were avoided by channeling hatred towards Eurasia.

Read your own post and think about what you have written. The Republican party has been complicit in Democrat efforts to perpetuate racism and slavery. They have NOT stood against it. They have NOT offered a moral and humane alternative to the vicious abuses of the Democrats.
Why have blacks voted as a bloc for Democrats? Because Republicans have not opposed Democrat efforts to prevent blacks from participating in the American Dream. Republicans have been lick spittle, cowardly and altogether worthless to oppressed minorities in the war against tyranny.
