Just wearing a Halloween or celebrity mask, or a full facial beard, would kill facial recognition systems.
Under social-breakdown crisis situations, wearing a mask can become a “shoot on sight” offense.
Kinda hard to grow a sufficient beard overnight. ...especially for about half the population.
