At 5,600 words, I was constantly trying to keep the focus narrow and just on the EBT cards failing leading to massive food riots. I could have spent another 1,000 words describing the dozen ways the EBT failure might manifest, but decided not to. The point is, mathematically, our debt-fueled binge partys is going to end sooner or later, no matter what the politicians and food stamp recipients wish would happen. And when it does, the food will not go to the urban cores, and food riots on a scale perhaps never seen before will happen. We have climbed way out on a slender branch with the food stamp and welfare version of bread and circuses. When the music’s over, there will be hell to pay.

Yes, the debt party will end. You wrote a great proposal about a disaster that could happen (racial civil unrest as instigated by our societal superiors), if there is no large, emergency agricultural program designed in advance to address it.
Keep in mind, though, if you would, that many others are sitting idle, for now, while collecting large portions of that debt. They have been tasked for decades with preventing new, domestic production, violating families and violating property rights in many ways.
Other federally funded local social programs and regulatory programs will also be shut down. What is there for a planner to plan, or a building inspector to inspect? ...or a social worker or teacher to do in an impoverished country? Here's some material originally posted by other Freepers.

Such people were involved in waves of crimes in Argentina after being separated from their government incomes. They committed robberies, kidnappings and murders--some while dressed as officials.

I also note that no mention (credit?) is given to this being the end-game result of following the Cloward-Piven Strategy model.
Probably an additional 5,000 just on this aspect contributing to the debacle.
