Maybe the RR campaign thinks the tipping point for Va is NOVA and maybe the Norfolk-Newport News-Hampton Roads areas.
I would like to hear if they have had similar experiences like I have had.
Its the polar opposite in tidewater. Odd that the willard campaign seems to be writing off this area. Odder still in that the Governor is from this area. Maybe that’s the issue. He’s the only statewide pol from the area and he is not too popular right now because of the tolls.
