It was so dense-—I am sure most people will have to watch it several times.
God bless Clint Eastwood. I wasn’t expecting that subtle genius and clever delivery. I expected the straightforward==Make My Day==approach, which might have been unsuccessful this time, because he is getting up there in age. But WHAT a clear mind he still has!!!! Great to see it.
I will say it—he made my day! (I have a button with that saying and a picture of him wearing a white cowboy hat, from when he ran for mayor in Carmel). I should wear it around town until election time. HA!
Eastwood may be 82 but man is he sharp. The audience was limited at the convention and I believe this was intended for a larger audience.Actor and director came together last night. Look how many have seen it,that otherwise would not have. What he had to say reached a very large audience.
To me obumbler's speech pattern makes me think of a robot. He looks and sounds like a mechanical wind up toy. Drives me nuts. Great orator?? Heh..People are completely deaf and blind.
lol....good stuff, smooth.
LOL. Clint would love that. I thoroughly enjoyed his satire. Those who pan his act as a mistake have no understanding of theatrical art. Clods.
He had a few good lines but overall I thought he could have done a lot better. Just my opinion. I know he is old. :)
I do like the fact that he really pissed them off.
Eastwood to Obozo: “You gotta ask yourself, ‘Do I feel lucky?’. Well, do you...PUNK”?
When I heard him speak at the first convention I was very worried...figured he’d be promoted to the top ASAP. How could the rats resist a half-black Harvard leftist who doesn’t sound like Jesse Jackson? But geez...NO way did I imagine how horrific it would really be: an America hating spend-thrift communist with both houses of Congress.
T H E W O R S T!!!
HA! :)
I wonder what the paperhanging sob will have to say about it. :)
If Jerry Rivers didn’t like it, I loved it, because he is not the only liberal who is squirming over this speech.ay to go Clint!
Libs are in a tail spin. The coordinated response from their side (Facebook posts, Comedy Central etc) is to say its an imaginary Obama Republicams are running against.
Clint nailed it. He made it okay for average Americans to laugh at Obsma.
Even Alinsky said the best weapon is ridicule.
I wonder how the Regime likes getting gored by their own ox?
With all due respect to Mr. Eastwood, I never needed his permission.
I've been laughing at Obozo since his trailer trash Greek columns thing...
I agree with you. This one’s right up there with “There you go again!” in my book.
Borrowing from Charles Dickens:
“I see a vacant seat,’’ replied the Ghost, “in the poor chimney-corner, and a TELEPROMPTER without an owner, carefully preserved. “
