Ummm. Theoretically. The CVBG Combat Center would need to ‘exercise’ with the Iranian controllers to make sure that the alerts are properly formatted & passed. Otherwise you get what we had at Peal Harbor... an Army radar station that wasn’t really plugged into the anti-aircraft defenses & couldn’t ‘talk’ to the Navy. They detected the strike alright. But the ‘word’ couldn’t get down to where it mattered.
Also, I don’t know about the deniability part. The entire CIC would know.
